Shipping

  • Shipping within India is part of the deal / package
  • Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 10-15 working days.
  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative and on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • Some orders may take more time due to system problems or inventory errors. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@greentangents.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
  • Delivery time for a product is always mentioned in product information section.
  • As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email or SMS, as the case may be.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • We ship across the globe excluding some high risk and non export-friendly countries, as the case may be and do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Shipping charges will be based on quantity or as paid during check out.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 15-20 working days.
  • We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be delays because of unavoidable circumstances.
  • As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you the package tracking information.
  • The international customer shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where the package is shipped; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • The customs and duties cannot be estimated by us before or after the order is placed. Also, we cannot assure you if an order requires custom duty to be paid or not. It’s totally not under our control.

Returns

Returns are NOT applicable
  • To be eligible for a return in case of manufacturing defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with the original packaging.
  • In case of any warranty related replacement, the item will be replaced against invoice no. with respective date.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Refer conditions before buying
  • For any replacement
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Any item not in its original condition or has physical damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered for replacement even in case of warranty
    • It should be returned to the vendor from whom it is purchased, no cross exchange is allowed
Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer care executive.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective / damaged or under warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@greentangents.com and then send your item to

Return Shippment

To return your product, you should parcel all your products to: Plot No. 1, Jhotwada Industrial Area, Jaipur – 302012.
You will PAY for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
